Falck Mobile Care delivers healthcare to people with unplanned, complicated, or urgent health issues, helping them recover safely and comfortable at home while lowering costs and maintaining high quality care.

We employ healthcare professionals who are trained by Emergency Medicine physicians and offer similar care that is found in an urgent care or emergency room. No. Falck Mobile Care is a complement to your regular Doctor or specialist. Our goal is to help build an integrated relationship with your primary care doctor or specialist when you experience an unplanned medical event. We close the loop with them, so they understand what happened during your visits and any follow-up recommendations.

We currently see all regular Medicare patients and working with most health insurance plans. If you are not covered, we also offer a prompt pay fee in case you require care and want to avoid a poor experience at an ER or minimally staffed traditional urgent care.

In some cases, co-pay will be collected prior to visits via credit card. If you do not have insurance or we are not in-network with your health insurance, we offer a prompt pay fee, ranging from $99 to $349, which we collect prior to our visit via credit card.

A visit with Falck Mobile Care is like an urgent care but with more resources and services offered, all in the convenience of being cared for in your home. The percentage of the bill you are responsible for is determined by your insurance plan. If you have a high deductible plan, you will need to meet your deductible before your insurance covers care. Please remember that you also have the option of an affordable prompt pay fee, which ranges from $99 to $349 per visit.

Falck Mobile Care believes in improving access for our communities. We have a $349 per-visit rate that is collected at the time the appointment is scheduled. The flat rate includes evaluation by a clinician, medication administration, basic lab services or procedures (if necessary), and a 2-day phone call follow-up. Certain cases will require additional and advanced testing from a third-party partner. These may include additional blood tests, x-rays, CT scans, MRIs, or advanced medical procedures. In these cases, you will be billed separately for the service(s).

When you request care, we will ask basic questions. Based on your responses we can give you an estimate at the time of service. Our goal is to arrive in less than 2 hours.

While Falck provides ambulance services in various locations, the Falck Mobile Care division provides direct patient care in the home and does not provide patient transportation and ambulance transportation.
