Upgrade your member benefits with Mobile Care
Now you can offer to your members same-day
urgent care without leaving their home.
How it works
-
Patients call Falck Mobile Care for at-home services. Then, a Falck Mobile Care Specialist goes to each patient’s home.
-
Our team will provide expert medical care right in the home. A doctor will virtually oversee the visit, which enables us to provide the highest level of care.
-
If the patient needs emergency care, we will advise them to follow up with a Medical Center facility.
Falck Mobile Care
will save you money
Avoid ER costs with
at-home care
Each visit that avoids an unnecessary ER trip saves an estimate of $1,200 in medical costs.
Cut short-stay
admission costs
Every patient who avoids a short-stay admission for the top five common conditions—DRGS of syncope, chest pain, arrythmias, GI bleed, and sepsis—saves between $5,000 and $14,000 in medical costs.

FAQ’s
What is Falck Mobile Care?
Falck Mobile Care is a service provided by Falck that offers mobile healthcare solutions. This service typically includes a range of healthcare services delivered directly to patients in their homes or other locations outside of traditional healthcare facilities. The goal of Falck Mobile Care is to provide convenient, accessible, and high-quality medical care to individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional healthcare settings – or who simply value the convenience of receiving care in the comfort of the home.
Who are Falck Mobile Care providers that come to me?
The Falck Mobile Care providers include a range of healthcare professionals, each with specific roles and expertise to address various medical needs. Our team of highly trained healthcare professionals, called Mobile Care Specialists, will come to your home to coordinate and conduct the in-person visit. Your Mobile Care Specialists can be Medical Assistants, EMTs, LVNs, Paramedics or Nurses. Your Mobile Care Specialist will always be overseen by a remote physician, who will join the visit through a video call. You and the Mobile Care Specialist will speak to the physician together, and the physician will guide the Specialist to perform certain tests or administer treatments.
Will Falck Mobile Care replace my Doctor?
No. Falck Mobile Care is a complement to your regular doctor or specialist. Our goal is to help build an integrated relationship with your primary care doctor or specialist when you experience an unplanned medical event. We even close the loop with them, so they understand what happened during your visits and are aware of any recommendations you may have received.
What insurance does Falck Mobile Care accept?
We currently accept all Medicare and all health insurance plans. If you are not covered, we also offer a prompt pay option in case you require care and want to avoid a long wait time at the Emergency Department or Urgent Care.
How do I pay for Falck Mobile Care services?
A Dispatch Fee will be collected prior to your visit via credit card, depending on your type of insurance. Falck will then fill the remaining balance with your insurance company.
How much does a Falck Mobile Care visit cost?
The cost of Falck Mobile Care services can vary widely based on several factors, including the type of services provided, the duration and frequency of care, and the specific healthcare needs of the patient. To get accurate and detailed information about the cost of Falck Mobile Care services, it is best to contact Falck directly. We can provide a customized quote based on your specific needs and circumstances. You can reach out to Falck through our official website, by calling (833) 325-2562 or by emailing to [email protected]
What if I don’t have health insurance?
Falck Mobile Care believes in improving access for our communities. We offer a per-visit flat rate of $349 at the time-of-service request. The flat rate includes evaluation by a Mobile Care Specialist and a remote physician, medication administration, basic lab services or procedures (if necessary) and phone call follow-up after 2 days. Certain cases will require additional, and advanced, testing from a third-party partner. These may include additional blood tests, x-rays, CT scan, MRI, or advanced medical procedures. In these cases, you will be billed separately for the service(s).
How long does it take for a Falck Mobile Care medical team to arrive to your home?
When you request care, we can either schedule the next available appointment, or work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. Our goal is to arrive in less than 2 hours.
How do I book an appointment?
Book an appointment at https://falckmobilecare.com/ online in minutes or give us a call at (833) 325-2562. We will ask you a few questions so we can give you an idea of what to expect.
Does Falck Mobile Care provide in-home recovery after surgery or hospitalization?
Yes. Our options range from a single visit to multiple visits to help you get settled at home and to support you in the comfort and safety of home. If you’re a candidate for care, we work with your primary healthcare provider or specialists to set up a plan that matches your needs. We encourage you to talk to your healthcare provider if you believe recovery care is a good fit for you or someone you care for.
What should I do if I have questions or concerns about my symptoms after my visit with Falck Mobile Care?
If you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. If you develop new or worsening symptoms after your visit with Falck Mobile Care and can’t wait to be seen due to the severity of your condition, please contact your primary care provider or go to the nearest Emergency Department. For less urgent questions, please give us a call at (833) 325-2562, so we can arrange a follow-up visit.
Can I request another visit from Falck Mobile Care?
Yes. Whenever you need same-day medical care, you can always schedule an appointment with us. However, Falck Mobile Care doesn’t replace your primary care provider, who should continue to manage your overall health.
Will my primary care provider or specialist be informed about my visit with Falck Mobile Care?
Yes. We will proactively reach out to your primary care provider or specialist, to communicate the details of the care you received at home, typically within 24 hours.
