Upgrade your member benefits with Mobile Care
Now you can offer to your members same-day
urgent care without leaving their home.
How it works
-
Patients call Falck Mobile Care for at-home services. Then, a Falck Mobile Care Specialist goes to each patient’s home.
-
Our team will provide expert medical care right in the home. A doctor will virtually oversee the visit, which enables us to provide the highest level of care.
-
If the patient needs emergency care, we will advise them to follow up with a Medical Center facility.

FAQ’s
What is Falck Mobile Care?
Falck Mobile Care brings high-quality care to your home while keeping costs low. We help you recover comfortably and safely when you have unexpected, complex, or urgent health issues.
Who will come to treat me?
Our team of healthcare professionals are trained by emergency medicine physicians and offers care similar to what you’d find in an urgent care or ER. Their elevated care helps you with unexpected healthcare needs. Your Falck medical team will include a remote ER physician or practitioner/physician assistant and an on-scene medical assistant, medical technician, or ER care extender.
Will Falck Mobile Care replace my doctor?
No, Falck Mobile Care is a complement to your regular doctor or specialist as we aim to build a coordinated effort with them when you experience an unexpected medical event. We’ll fill them in on the details of your visits and any follow-up recommendations.
What insurance does Falck Mobile Care accept?
Currently, we see all regular Medicare patients and work with most health insurance plans. If you are not covered, we offer a prompt pay fee in case you need care and want to avoid a poor experience at an ER or minimally staffed traditional urgent care.
How do I pay for Falck Mobile Care services?
In some cases, you can pay the copay before a visit via credit card. If you do not have insurance or we are not in-network with your health insurance, we offer a $99-$349 prompt pay fee which you can pay via credit card before our visit.
How much does a Falck Mobile Care visit cost?
Though a visit with Falck Mobile Care is similar to urgent care, we provide more resources and services—all in the convenience and comfort of your home. After a visit, your insurance plan determines the percentage of the bill you are responsible for. If you have a high deductible plan, you will need to meet your deductible before your insurance covers care. Please remember you also have the option of an affordable $99-$349 prompt pay fee per visit.
What if I don’t have health insurance?
Falck Mobile Care believes in improving access to high-quality healthcare for our communities. So, we offer a $349 per-visit rate which we collect when you schedule an appointment. This flat rate includes an evaluation by a clinician, medication administration, basic lab services or procedures (if necessary), and a 2-day phone call follow-up. If your case requires additional or advanced testing from a third-party partner (e.g., blood tests, x-rays, CT scans, MRis, advanced medical procedures), you will be billed separately for the service(s).
How long will it take for the Falck Mobile Care medical team to arrive at my home?
We’ll ask you basic questions when you request care. Based on your responses, we’ll be able to give you an estimate when we see you. Typically, we aim to be at your door in less than 2 hours.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online in minutes or give us a call at (833) 325-2562. We’ll ask you a few questions and let you know what to expect.
Do you take Medi-Cal?
No, unfortunately. We do not take Medi-Cal at this time.
What if I have a question about Falck USA ambulance transport?
Though Falck provides ambulance services in various locations, the Falck Mobile Care division provides direct care to patients’ homes and does not provide patient transportation or ambulance transportation. If you have a question about a prior Falck USA ambulance service, please contact Falck USA’s central billing office at (844) 231-8264 or [email protected]
